CGA Mining has revealed it will launch a private placement of ordinary shares to raise $C25 million ($A30.8 million) to complete funding the construction of the company’s Masbate gold project in the Philippines.
The dual-listed company, which remains in a trading halt, announced that Haywood Securities was acting as an agent for an offering of 15 million ordinary shares at $C1.
