Clean up Lae while building your business team

Staff Reporter

"Often in business we look for a team-building exercise, one which bonds, unites and builds our teams. This can cost a lot of money, but it does not have to," the Friends said.

"We have the perfect team-building program for your business as the Botanic Gardens and community gardens need continued maintenance and repair.

"Your team can engage on one Saturday a month for a two-hour clean-up program hours in a clean- up program."

The benefits to participating businesses are team responsibility and shared passion; improved community awareness to keep Lae clean; the gardens are refreshed and improved; the business is recognised as a supporter of the gardens.

The first program starts on Saturday, August 24 and interested businesses should be in touch with ruby.yamuna@dfat.gov.au or president@lcci.org.pg
