Downstream the way to go: O'Neill to OBG

A WAVE of new resource projects would help Papua New Guinea develop its downstream processing facilities, according to Prime Minister Peter O’Neill.

In an interview with the Oxford Business Group, O'Neill also said that "at least five or six years" were needed for the country to reach its millennium development goals by focusing on core policies.
