OIL Search and Oil Search foundation employees visited secondary schools to celebrate International Women’s Day while promoting messages of equality, diversity and inclusion.

Oil Search staff joined students at Gordons Secondary School in celebrating International Women's Day at the weekend

"This was in line with the 2020 theme ‘an equal world is an enabled world', the team used the platform to also promote science, technology, engineering and maths (STEM) education, particularly for girls," the company said.
 
Oil Search employees Wendy Bart, Nahum Gima, Serah Kaia, Joshua Kidu, Daisy Raburabu, Josephine Yos joined students and teachers of Gordons Secondary School and Jubilee Secondary School in celebration of the important day and to promote STEM education.
 
In the picture accompanying this report, they are seen striking the equality pose with the students for International Women's Day, which is celebrated annually on March 8.
