According to The National, O'Neill presented a commemorative plaque to Ela Motors chief executive officer and director David Purcell.
Attendees reportedly included Transport and Works Minister Ano Pala, National Capital District Governor Powes Parkop, Chief Secretary Manasupe Zurenuoc and Toyota Tsusho South Pacific managing director Shigeru Ito.
Other events are planned for Ela Motors' milestone year.
