Rosso is from Lae and was first elected to the Morobe Province Lae Open Seat in the general election of 2017 and served in various ministries before being appointed Minister for Lands and Physical Planning in the new government of Prime Minister James Marape.
The event takes place at the Hilton Hotel in Port Moresby from 7am to 9am on February 6 at the Hilton Hotel.
