This involves basing helicopters at the NKW yard at 11 Mile in Lae and "introducing choice as a key driver for the initiative".

Services offered will include charter operations; medical evacuation; search and rescue; mountain-top construction; heli-rig moves and support; power transmission line construction; police and emergency services support; precision construction work; heli-logging; safe-hand courier services; and aviation logistic project management.
