The event takes place from 7am to 9am on February 28.
Begley joined PNG Ports as chief operating officer in May 2020 and was appointed acting CEO following the death of Fego Kiniafa in September 2022.
The POMCCI says Begley was born in Jamaica, grew up in the Caribbean and has developed a passion and love for the South Pacific.
However, he has pursued an international career in shipping, logistics, tourism and port operations.
He will be speaking on the PNG Ports expansion program, a $435 million infrastructure development.
