Investors are invited to participate in the offer of 15 million shares at $0.30 per share to raise $4.5 million. Total share capital post IPO will be 33,333,333 shares and the estimated market capitalisation, will be $10 million.
The company is headed by veteran PNG mining man Peter McNeil.
