Galvin joined Clough in 2018 after 30 years in the consulting, manufacturing and construction industries.
Clough says Galvin has worked across the delivery of large-scale multidiscipline projects, into senior corporate and operational positions in a broad range of roles including the leadership of operational business units, senior corporate service roles and the leadership of a project management consulting business.
Clough managing director Peter Bennett, said Galvin's appointment reflected the company's increased focus on securing and delivering projects for clients.
"I'm looking forward to working with John to ensure Clough continues to safely deliver high performing assets for the infrastructure, mining and energy industries," said Bennett.
The appointment is with immediate effect and he will be based in Perth, Western Australia.
