Panel shoots down Telikom appeal

AN APPEALS panel led by international arbitrator Rodney Shogren has ruled against PNG state telecommunications provider Telikom's appeal against the Independent Consumer and Competition Commission's decision to issue two companies licences to provide mobile phone services.
