Pacific nations philosophical on oil slump

AN ALLIANCE of 26 nations, including the 22 Pacific Island countries and territories, is confident that cheaper oil prices will not reduce the region’s momentum in building renewables programs, and is philosophical on the widely touted diabolical fallout from the price slump.
