TIMOR-Leste petroleum and minerals authority president Gualdino do Carmo da Silva is adamant that the Greater Sunrise field’s gas will be piped to the small nation’s south coast to be developed onshore via an LNG plant.
"For us it's non-negotiable," he told Energy News.
