PACIFIC Blue, the international arm of Australian budget airline Virgin Blue, has entered into a heads of agreement with Airlines PNG, with shared services between Port Moresby and Brisbane to start from November.

The previously anticipated deal will have Pacific Blue operating four return flights a week to PNG using a modern fleet of Boeing 737-800 jet aircraft, with a total of 720 seats on offer.
