CANADIAN-based company InterOil says it has finalised the acquisition of Shell PNG, which includes an asset portfolio comprising four terminals, three depots and 28 retail sites throughout the country.
The financial details of the deal – effective October 1 – which now makes InterOil PNG’s largest distributor of petroleum products, were not disclosed.
