Goldminex switches from exploration to IT

PAPUA New Guinea-focused explorer Goldminex Resources has announced a change of strategic direction with the acquisition of financial technology and e-learning business, Enzumo Group.

The company has signed a conditional share purchase deed through which it will acquire Enzumo.
