New life for former PNG miner

QUINTESSENTIAL Resources has announced the closure of its prospectus offer last week, raising $5,062,236, and will be re-admitted on to the Australian Securities Exchange under its new name tomorrow.

The company's move away for PNG mining into global technologies and mobile communications was "in the interest of shareholders" and described as positive move by chairman Jay Stephenson in a letter to
