Larus AGM to focus on farm-out

LARUS Energy’s annual general meeting in August will update shareholders on the farm-out process of the PPL 326 licence in Papua New Guinea, which it said could be a “transformational event and a value-creating milestone for the company” should a suitable partner be found.

The AGM of the Australian oil and gas company is expected to review the operational and corporate milestones accomplished in the first half 2015, which include the completion of all six-year licence
