The topic under the spotlight is "finding balance 2016: benchmarking the performance of state-owned enterprises in island economies", the subject of a report co-authored by Christopher Russell and Laure Darcy.
The event takes place on September 22 at the Royal Papua Yacht Club and will cost POMCCI members K90 each and non-members K100 each.
