Senior magistrate Rosemary Koimo was among those who graduated from the course recently and said it had been an amazing journey of leadership, professionalism and confidence-building.

"We are more confident, more assertive, more focused, we are assured of our skills and responsibilities to identify and deal with issues efficiently in the workplace," Koimo said.

The participation of the law and justice officers was organised by the Constitutional and Law Reform Commission with support from the Australian Government through the Justice Services and Stability for Development Program.
